Implementation of Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Please be informed that Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) will be implemented on our Web Trading Platform (TA Online) and Mobile App (AsiaEbroker) effective 1 September 2025.

How 2FA Works:

  • Upon login, clients are required to request a One-Time Password (OTP).
  • The OTP will be sent to the client’s registered email address.
  • Enter the OTP to gain access to the trading platform.

To ensure uninterrupted access, please ensure your registered email address is accurate and accessible.

If an update is required:

  1. Download the Know Your Client (KYC) form from www.tasecurities.com.my
    (Open Account → Forms → Know Your Clients Forms)
  2. Submit the completed and signed form to the MSD Department/branch office or to your Dealer’s Representative.

⚠️ Please note that failure to update your email address may result in login difficulties once 2FA is implemented.
